We had yet another wonderful half term at In Toto Ed Cambridge. We have fully settled into our new building and have been watching the construction of the next building opposite with anticipation. Beyond this we have now progressed even further with renovations of the barn, which has seen new flooring, installation of the commercial espresso machine and a brand new kitchen area. There are a few finishing touches to be made and we can’t wait to make full use of the area this term!
We have, however, already managed to begin using some parts and this included one of our students utilising his barista training to make his first order run of five lattes back-to-back, simulating a café situation, which was amazing.
We have also seen huge achievements throughout the centre with students beginning examinations or preparing for upcoming qualifications. We are very proud of the effort and focus students are showing to achieve their goals.
It remains essential that, if a student is not going to be attending college, contact is made to the office to notify us of the absence. Our centre number is 01223 344355.
Finally, we are delighted to share that our team is being joined by an additional tutor, Zoe Austin. We are very pleased to have Zoe joining us as a tutor and she will be supporting students across a variety of lessons.
