We are very proud of the students and staff at our Peterborough School, for all of their recent work for the St Luke’s Hospice Charity. There have been so many lovely creations, ranging from a horseshoe sculpture, which incorporated welding and construction skills, to bird feeders, which required a variety of tools and techniques.
An auction was held at the Sportsman's Inn in Plymouth to raise funds for the hospice, and our students’ creations raised a total of £800.
Stephen Jukes, our Construction Teacher, came up with the idea to raise money for a hospice very close to his heart, and we will now be looking to continue this excellent partnership with future projects.
